Visitor management for companies and estates
Know who is on site, at every gate you run.
SecureVes replaces the paper visitor book with one live, searchable record across every branch, estate or client site. Visitors check in on their own phone. Hosts approve from theirs.

One record
One live record, from the gate to the audit.
Every visit moves through the same four steps at every site. A guard learns it in five minutes, and nothing that happens along the way goes unrecorded.
- 01
Arrive
The visitor scans the gate QR code on their own phone, or a guard checks them in on a tablet.
- 02
Approve
Their host is notified and approves or denies from wherever they are. The decision is attributed.
- 03
On site
The console shows who is inside right now, across every branch, updating live.
- 04
Close
Check-out closes the record. It stays searchable and exportable afterwards.

Visitor check-in
Visitors check in on their own phone.
Scan the code at the gate, fill in four fields, take a photo. Nothing for the guard to type, and nothing for the visitor to install.
Scan the QR at the gate
The check-in opens in the visitor's own browser. Four fields and a photo, and their host has the request. No app to download.
Invited ahead of time
A host pre-registers a guest and sends a pass with a QR code and a short gate code. It expires when the host says it does.
A way in for every visitor
A guard can check someone in on a tablet, scan their pass at the gate, or print a paper badge for a guest with no phone.

Operations console
Every gate on one screen.
Who is inside right now, at which gate, and who let them in. It updates live, across every site you run.
Who is inside, right now
A live head-count at each site, and for a group owner, every site on one screen.
Any visit in seconds
Search the log by name, host, company or gate. Every row carries who approved it, who checked it in, and when.
Incidents and announcements
Log an incident against a visit, and push a notice to every host at a site from the same console.
Reports
An audit trail you can hand over.
Who approved, who checked in, when, and at which gate. When a board or an insurer asks, the answer is an export away.
CSV or PDF, on demand
Visitor and attendance reports for any date range, named so the file says what it holds.
Filtered the way an auditor asks
By site, by status, by host, by date. The export carries the full set, not the first page.
Staff and resident attendance
Each clock-in records whether it happened inside the site's geofence, so the record shows presence, not just a tap.
| Visitor | Host | In | Out |
|---|---|---|---|

Who it's for
Built for anyone who runs a gate.
Priced per site, so a portfolio costs what a portfolio should.
Companies
Front desks and offices. One site or a hundred branches, each with its own administrator and its own data.
Estates and residential
Residents, families and staff with the right access, and a gate record that stands up to a board or an insurer.
Security firms
Run it under your own brand across every client you cover, and see the whole portfolio from one login.
For security firms
Run it under your own brand.
Every client gets your logo and your colours at their gate, their own administrator, and their own data. You see the whole portfolio from one login.
Your brand at the gate
Your logo, your colours and your welcome screen on every visitor's phone, at every client site you cover.
A console per client
Each client is its own organization, with its own administrator and its own walled-off data.
The portfolio in one view
Head-counts and check-ins for every site you cover, from one login.

Your host will be notified as soon as you are done.

Security
What the record actually guarantees.
The questions a security officer asks first, answered plainly.
- Every organization's data is walled off in the database
- Isolation is enforced by row-level security in Postgres, not by a filter in the application. A query from one organization cannot return another's rows.
- Roles decide what each person sees
- Security, reception, supervisor, manager and administrator each get a different console. The same rules are applied in the database and in routing.
- Every visit is attributable and exportable
- Who approved, who checked in, when, and at which gate. Pull any visit in seconds, or export the set as CSV or PDF for an audit.
- Nothing to install at the gate
- Visitors use their own phones. A new site can be live the same day, with no readers, no turnstiles and no on-premise server.
Getting started
Live at your first gate in three steps.
- 01
Register your organization
One form, a few minutes. A company, an estate, or a group with branches.
- 02
Add your sites and hosts
Hosts sign in on their own phones. Guards and reception get the console.
- 03
Put the QR code on the gate
Print it and stick it up. The first visitor can check in the same day.
FAQ
Questions we get asked first.
Do visitors need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code at the gate and the check-in opens in their phone's browser. For a guest with no usable phone, a guard can check them in on a tablet or print a paper badge.
What do we need at the gate?
A printed QR code. There are no readers, turnstiles or on-premise servers. A tablet for the guard and a printer for paper badges are optional.
Can a host invite someone ahead of time?
Yes. A host pre-registers the guest and sends them a pass with a QR code and a short gate code. The pass expires after the number of hours the host sets.
We run several sites. Does it work as a group?
Yes. Each site is its own organization with its own administrator and its own data. A group owner adds branches from one place and sees head-counts and check-ins across all of them on one screen.
Who can see our data?
Only people in your organization, and only what their role allows. Isolation between organizations is enforced by row-level security in the database, not by a filter in the application.
Can we export the record?
Yes. Visitor and attendance reports export as CSV or PDF for any date range, filtered by site, status or host. The export carries the full set, not just the rows on screen.
How is it priced?
Per site. One site costs what one site should, and a portfolio is priced as a portfolio. Get in touch for a quote or a pilot at a single gate.
