Visitor management for companies and estates
SecureVes replaces the paper visitor book with one live, searchable record across every branch, estate or client site. Visitors check in on their own phone. Hosts approve from theirs.

A host's phone and a visitor's pass, with sample data.
See how it works
A short walk through the real app: what visitors, hosts, security and admins each see.
Gate check-in, the resident approving, the pass with your estate's map, the gate scan and estate dues.
One record
Every visit moves through the same four steps at every site. A guard learns it in five minutes, and nothing that happens along the way goes unrecorded.
The visitor scans the gate QR code on their own phone, or a guard checks them in on a tablet.
Their host is notified and approves or denies from wherever they are. The decision is attributed.
The console shows who is inside right now, across every branch, updating live.
Check-out closes the record. It stays searchable and exportable afterwards.

Features
Visitor check-in
Scan the code at the gate, fill in four fields, take a photo. Nothing for the guard to type, and nothing for the visitor to install.
The check-in opens in the visitor's own browser. Four fields and a photo, and their host has the request. No app to download.
A host pre-registers a guest and sends a pass with a QR code and a short gate code. It expires when the host says it does.
A guard can check someone in on a tablet, scan their pass at the gate, or print a paper badge for a guest with no phone.

Operations console
Who is inside right now, at which gate, and who let them in. It updates live, across every site you run.
A live head-count at each site, and for a group owner, every site on one screen.
Search the log by name, host, company or gate. Every row carries who approved it, who checked it in, and when.
Log an incident against a visit, and push a notice to every host at a site from the same console.
Reports
Who approved, who checked in, when, and at which gate. When a board or an insurer asks, the answer is an export away.
Visitor and attendance reports for any date range, named so the file says what it holds.
By site, by status, by host, by date. The export carries the full set, not the first page.
Each clock-in records whether it happened inside the site's geofence, so the record shows presence, not just a tap.

A printed QR code. There are no readers, turnstiles or on-premise servers. A tablet for the guard and a printer for paper badges are optional.
Yes. A host pre-registers the guest and sends them a pass with a QR code and a short gate code. The pass expires after the number of hours the host sets.
Yes. Each site is its own organization with its own administrator and its own data. A group owner adds branches from one place and sees head-counts and check-ins across all of them on one screen.
Only people in your organization, and only what their role allows. Isolation between organizations is enforced by row-level security in the database, not by a filter in the application.
Yes. Visitor and attendance reports export as CSV or PDF for any date range, filtered by site, status or host. The export carries the full set, not just the rows on screen.
Per site. One site costs what one site should, and a portfolio is priced as a portfolio. Get in touch for a quote or a pilot at a single gate.
